Here's what we do in terms of :

TIME

We all lead busy lives and the co-ordination of all the details that need to be covered when building a home can be a big job. Keeping on top of it all and making sure that each step has been covered takes time and, if you’re unfamiliar with the process, vital steps can be missed which can delay the start of a build and potentially cost you money.

INDEPENDENCE

We don’t build anything ourselves, although we are licenced builders. We source experienced and local builders and ask them to tender on the work. Once we have all the documentation we need, several builders will be asked to tender on each build and each one will be given the same information. That way the client can assess the pricing that comes in based on direct comparisons.

STRESS

Probably for much of the same reasons as the previous point. When you’re not familiar with something, it can be very stressful. When you’re dealing with something that is arguably the biggest financial outlay you’ll probably ever undertake, the stress levels can be even higher.

CONVENIENCE

We are a one-stop consulting service. We assist you from the very beginning and can be there right to the end to lend support. We can even help you locate the perfect block of land if you’re still looking. While we aren’t real estate agents, we have relationships and contacts within the real estate industry and can help you narrow down the choices. We can also assist with putting you in touch with finance brokers if you are still at that early stage.

EXPERIENCE

Our team includes experienced and licenced builders who act as our consultants, giving you the security of knowing that we know what we’re talking about. We also have design consultants who will help you make all the important design choices, from paint colours to window styles to door handles and even where you want your outdoor taps located. There’s a huge amount to think about when building a new house, and we’re here to help you.

OPTIONS

All quotes for each stage of the pre-build process are provided to the client. We will compare them and make sure that everything is covered, but the choice always remains with the client as to who to choose. And if you’re not happy with the quotes that have been given to that stage, we will happily organise more to make sure you’re happy. We make no decisions on your behalf but help to clarify the quotes and make sure that you understand everything covered (or not covered, as the case may be) so that you, the client, can make an informed decision on who to use for each stage.

SUPPORT

The process of organising all the documents and approvals needed prior to actually starting the physical building work can be daunting.There are many different steps needed with a number of different professionals needed to source all that’s required for a fully approved build. We co-ordinate all these processes so that everything is in place for the builder to submit his price.This management of what can be a stressful time is what we are here to do.

TIMEFRAME

While price will usually be the most critical factor in choosing a builder, there are others that are important to take into account too. By having a number of builders to choose from, you are also able to base your decision on when they can start the build and how long they will take. If you need to build within a set timeframe, this can be an important factor in your final decision.
